What is Mum's Club?

Being a Mum can be seriously challenging. The mental load and juggling all those balls, it’s only natural that some tend to drop (and stay dropped) and it’s usually the ones relating to ourselves and our health. I know this both from personal experience and from the Mum’s I chat to weekly in clinic; it’s so easy to put ourselves last and continually keep trying to pour from an empty cup.

 

But that’s not sustainable, your cup can only stay empty for so long before it crumbles and breaks, maybe the cracks are already appearing? We want to be able to do more and give more but to do that, we need to get more going into our cups. As a mum I just want the absolute best for my kids, including giving them the best version of myself. If you are feeling like this too, you’re in the right place.

Mum’s club is all about filling your cup. For both short term and long-term health. With weekly information and motivational posts, handouts, recipes, Q&A’s and chats. Although you’ll hear from me weekly, you don’t need loads of time to be in Mum’s club. I want to ensure that I am filling your cup not add to your overwhelm, so everything will be bite sized and easily achievable.

 

Are you’re wanting to create some time and space for yourself, finally jump off that hamster wheel or break that constant cycle of falling off the wagon, then trying to climb back on again?

 

Perhaps you’re already health conscious and are sick of all the conflicting advice on the internet, so you want to cut through the bullsh*t fads and misinformation and absorb more updated and wholistic information while adding more tools in your toolbelt when it comes to looking after yourself and your family.

 

Or maybe you just want something for you, you want to feel supported, motivated and surrounded by other like-minded Mum’s.
